Children are vulnerable to the effects of separation and divorce. Our approach will recognise that they are likely to be your highest priority. We will support you in securing the most appropriate arrangements for them, most often involving where they will live and when they see each parent. On occasion particular issues may arise such as which school they should attend or one parent may be looking to relocate to a different part of the country or to move abroad. We have the experience to be able to assist you with the challenges that such issues may raise.
