Nigel
Nigel Wilson was born and educated in York, qualifying as a solicitor in 1995. He is a Resolution Accredited Specialist, accredited in dealing with Complex Finance and Property (high income and substantial assets) and Pensions. He is also a member of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme and is qualified to offer Collaborative Family Law.
Widely respected for his legal ability, empathetic approach and excellent client service, Nigel was privileged to be consulted by the BBC to assist in their recent coverage of a number of key legal decisions, including those relating to big money finances on divorce, recognition of same sex marriages and, most recently, a case relating to recognition of a pre-nuptial agreement.
Nigel is married, lives near York and enjoys travelling.
